Shipping and Handling

Shipping, Handling and Delivery

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all orders will be subject to shipping and/or handling charges calculated based on the quantity and/or shipping weight of your order.  All shipments originate from Malaysia, S. E. Asia.

You may choose either Air Courier or Super Saver Shipping.

Air Courier

Depending on your destination country, estimated delivery time is within a week from shipment date.  If you do not receive your items within that timeframe, please inform us at this email: support@telescopes-pro.com quoting your order number

Super Saver Shipping

Super Saver Shipping is provided by Pos Malaysia and the normal standards prescribed by The International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union shall apply.

Transit time is subject to customs clearance, transport conditions (e.g. boat traffic in certain areas) and the volume of mail traffic.

However, the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union does not ascertain any international delivery standard for surface mail by sea.  The general indicator is that it would take between 4 to 12 weeks depending on your destination country.

Please note that there is no Track & Trace service for the Super Saver Shipping.

If you need the item(s) urgently, you are strongly advised to choose Air Courier as your shipping option.

Complimentary Enhanced Shipping within Malaysia and Singapore

For delivery within Malaysia and Singapore, please select Super Saver Shipping.  We will upgrade your shipping method to Air Courier.  Delivery is 1 working day within Peninsular Malaysia and 2 working days to Sabah and Sarawak.

Confirmation Email

Once the items ordered are shipped, an email will be sent to the purchaser.

Customer Support

If you do not receive your order within the time stipulated, please inform us via email quoting your order/sale number or tracking number (for air courier)..

We cannot guarantee a specific time or day for delivery and urge you to place your order early prior to any major holidays.

In the rare event we run out of stock, we will inform you via e-mail and you may choose to approve the delay or to cancel your order.  In the absence of a reply, we shall proceed to fulfill your order once we re-stock.
